The Occasion: In order to kick off the 14th biennial Lake Forest Showhouse & Gardens in proper fashion, the Infant Welfare Society of Chicago hosted a Preview Party the evening before the grand opening, serving as a beautiful beginning to a month-long event.

The Highlights: Guests toured Thorndale Manor, an estate in which each room and exterior portion of the home was physically transformed by a talented designer or team, and then kicked back with some food and dancing.

The VIPs: Marcia Blank, Leslie Dhamer, Kathi Hudson, Nancy Novit, Sheri Passalino, KK Tesar, and Laurie Ward served as co-chairs to the Showhouse & Gardens, and Wendy Hubbard and Marin Turner served as co-chairs for the Preview Party.

The Final Tally: Funds raised during the Preview Party, as well as through the Showhouse’s entire duration, went directly toward the continuation of the quality care that the Angel Harvey Infant Welfare Society of Chicago Community Health Center provides to its deserving patients.
